User Conduct
Passengers are expected to behave respectfully towards drivers and other passengers. Smoking, drinking, and inappropriate behavior are not permitted in our vehicles. Passengers may be held liable for any damage or soiling caused to the vehicle. Abuse of the drivers or company staff may result in a refusal of service.
Fouling and Damage.
Responsibility for Damage: Passengers are responsible for any cost of restoring accidental or intentional damage or soiling caused to the vehicle during the ride.
Passenger Conduct.
We expect all passengers to adhere to the following guidelines to ensure a safe and pleasant experience for everyone:
1. Respectful Behavior: Passengers are expected to behave respectfully towards drivers and fellow passengers at all times. This includes maintaining a polite and considerate tone during phone calls and refraining from loud or abusive language.
2. Prohibited Activities: Smoking, drinking, and any inappropriate behavior are strictly prohibited in our vehicles.
3. Illegal Substances: Transporting or using illegal substances in the vehicles is a violation of the user agreement and will result in termination of the ride and reporting to the police.
4. Liability for Damage: Passengers may be held liable for any damage or soiling caused to the vehicle.
5. Abuse Policy: Any abuse directed towards drivers or company staff will not be tolerated and may result in a refusal of service.
6. Compliance: Passengers must comply with any reasonable requests made by the driver, including but not limited to the use of seat belts and the adherence to vehicle capacity limits.
7.Safety and Legal Compliance: Passengers must ensure safety and comply with all applicable laws while in the vehicle. This includes not opening doors while the vehicle is in motion and refraining from any behavior that could distract the driver or pose a hazard to traffic.
8. Use of Sound Systems: The use of personal sound systems is forbidden inside the vehicles.
9. Filming the Driver: Filming the driver without consent is strictly prohibited and may result in prosecution.
